When I was young, I struggled a lot with my empathic abilities. So often, I was overwhelmed with feelings I did not comprehend. I never talked about this; I didn’t understand. While I did begin opening up about these feelings, I still had that same sense of fear and lack of understanding going into my early adulthood.
When I started my spiritual journey, so many past hurts and difficult emotions were brought up for me. I found I could not ignore them anymore. And so, I began my healing journey.
Reiki, Psychic Development work, Intuitive Healing, Crystal Studies—all these modalities have helped me heal and grow as a person. Don’t get me wrong; I know I have not reached the finish line. But, looking back, I am amazed at how far I have come. I have also found my real passion (along with writing). I hope to help others reclaim sovereignty over their own life through self-acceptance. For I know, this is a life-long journey we are on, full of ups and downs.
